Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy
La Tablée NYC does not issue refunds as a policy. Tickets may be transferred to other guests by emailing info@lapaulee.com or by using Eventbrite’s transfer ticket function. The only circumstances under which refunds will be issued are if events are completely cancelled or if an attendee requests one and shows proof of a positive Covid-19 test.
Filming and Photography
By entering any La Tablée event, you agree to be photographed, filmed, and recorded and consent to the following: I hereby irrevocably authorize and grant permission to Gracie Events LLC ("La Tablée"), their successors and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and others authorized by them (collectively, "Grantees"), to use, separately or together, my name, picture, or other likenesses, including but not limited to my voice, video representation, on-camera performance, initials, photographs, and biographical data concerning me as embodied in the videotaped appearance of me, in whole or in part, in connection with La Paulée in any and all media now or hereafter known (including, without limitation, broadcast and cable television, industrial media, and internet) throughout the world, in perpetuity.
