David Gordon, the longtime Wine Director of Tribeca Grill, is one of the world’s foremost experts on the Southern Rhône and Châteauneuf du Pape, and is one of three Americans to have been granted honorary citizenship in the village. He is also a deadly three-point shooter on the basketball court! Join him for a lively tasting and discussion with two of the Southern Rhône’s finest estates – Château La Nerthe of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, represented by Roman Aujoulat,  and Château de Saint Cosme of Gigondas, represented by Louis Barruol –as we explore the history of the appellations and and their diverse terroirs through a tasting of past vintages spanning multiple decades.
