Join immensely talented winemakers Isabel Ferrando and her daughter Guillemette Giraud Ferrando, the next generation at the winery, for a festive dinner at Acadia in the heart of Manhattan, exploring Isabel’s journey towards becoming one of the appellation’s leading growers since acquiring her historic estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in 2003. Following a trio of her superb white wines, we will dive into a wonderful progression of her acclaimed reds, including her personal project Colombis, made from 100% old vine Grenache grown on sand, and monumental vintages of Domaine Saint Préfert’s top cuvées Auguste Favier and Charles Giraud, all from large formats sourced directly from Isabel’s cellars in Châteauneuf. The wines will be paired with the spirited Mediterranean cuisine of chef Ari Bokovza.
